At the heart of the Justin Sportsmedicine Team are the Justin Mobile Sportsmedicine Centers, the vehicles that serve as the normal bases of operation for the Justin team. The first fully equipped and self-contained medical center was introduced to the rodeo cowboy at the National Finals Rodeo in 1982. The Justin Boot Company has the distinct privilege of providing the first mobile sports medicine service vehicle to the world of professional sports in North America. 

The three Mobile Sportsmedicine Centers consist of 40-foot aluminum gooseneck trailers pulled behind Dodge 3500 Quad Cab one-ton diesel pick-up trucks. These units cover over 50,000 miles a year providing comprehensive medical services to the men and women of the PRCA and the WPRA. 

Through the innovation of the Justin Mobile Sportsmedicine Centers, sophisticate equipment is now available directly to the rodeo cowboy at the large outdoor rodeos as well as the indoor rodeos attended by the Justin Sportsmedicine Team. 

Among the modalities and devices in the Mobile Sportsmedicine Centers: Computers for individual medical history records and injury statistics and special programming to generate patient exercise prescriptions. 

Television monitors and audio/video cassette recorders/players; video and audio programs that provide education for conditioning and rehabilitation; and the following medical modalities; 

· Intermittent compression unit. 

· SPORTX PGS (pulsed galvanic) and TENS stimulator units. 

· Microwave/convection oven to prepare special casting and padding materials. 

· Diagnostic equipment and supplies for minor surgical procedures. · Ultrasound and iontophoresis units. 

· Moist heat and cold therapeutic packs. 

· Treatment, massage and taping tables. 

.... PLUS climate-controlled air-conditioning, hot-water heaters, ice machines, refrigerators and freezers and more make these mobile units sports medicine clinics on wheels.
